Provide a way to create (and be able to synchronise) an offline version of this tool.
I'd love to be able to use this tool offline, i.e. when I'm in a coffee shop with no internet connection. I don't need the absolute latest version, I'm happy to sync once a week or so.

YES, please offline. Believe it or not, but I do most of my coding without an internet connection (on a train while I commute to work). Simple HTML pages zipped up in an archive would do perfectly, even without the search.

There are javascript search engines working on client side (e.g. http://sourceforge.net/projects/jsofflinesearch), so this could be an option too ;)

I think a tarball version of the site would be pretty straightforward, search would be a little more difficult though.
